Powder Coating:
We are pleased to offer powder coating on our swing sets. Only the metal frame gets powder coated. This option offers a very clean, professional look to your swing set. Rust won't be an issue with either powder coating or standard galvanized steel (you can't go wrong either way!) Please note that powder coating will add an additional
2 weeks
to the lead time.

Exceptional. Why start with anything less?
I wish I would have skipped the kiddy play sets I bought, and started with this. This set is easier (not lighter) to assemble and top quality. My boys and the neighborhood kid play all over this this thing. I adjust the monkey bars to low when little ones are over and put it up higher when they are gone. I even I get to swing with my boys and I'm a 215 pounder. This set is great and I expect it to last many years.

HL50 - Excellent Quality and Easy Installation
We are very pleased with the quality of material and ease of installation. I installed most of the swing myself and it took approximately one day. The most difficult task is pre assemble and then standing the swing set upright into the footer holes. My neighbors helped and four of us stood it up in 5 minutes. I hand dug the holes in hard clay/loam soil which took the most amount of time. I rented an electric mixer and poured concrete in 2 hours. I arranged with my local lumber yard/home center to receive delivery and then delivery to our house as it isn't accessible by tractor trailer and didn't want the aggregation of coordinating a drop shipment and unloading. The swing set came in two shipments. Swings, chains and misc. hardware in boxes via UPS. The structure came strapped to a single long pallet. This could have easily been broken down and unloaded piece by piece from the tractor trar with twileo people, eliminating the need for forklift or other lifting device. The pallet weighed close to 600 pounds. Our daughter, her friends, and we, love the new swing set. Great family time just hanging around.

I rarely write reviews unless I'm blown away (positively or negatively) by a product/company. We are so incredibly happy with the swing set we bought from Component Playgrounds. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did a beautiful job installing it. It's mostly used by the kids but the swing set barely even moves with 130-200-lb adults on the swings. This thing is SOLID, and I can relax knowing that the swing set hardware is safe, no matter how high they swing. The kids love detaching the swings/rings/trapeze bar and reattaching them in crazy ways, and they often set up Ninja-type courses that take them through every function of the swing set. I didn't realize that a swing set could inspire them to be so creative! I just can't say enough good things about this company and their product.

I bought HL50-10 swing set from Component playgrounds on 22NOV17 and received on Tues 05DEC17. Shipped from Utah to FL just a shade quicker than the earliest estimated delivery date. The swing set itself is industrial grade and I would highly recommend their products. I particularly liked the inset fasteners, nice touch ups to the galvanization after the weld, quality of piping and accessories, and the fact that a 200lb dude can swing on the set just like they were a first grader. I simply cannot overstate how well this thing is built - it make all other swing sets look frail and pathetic. Their website could use a bit of improvement as its a little bit clunky when working from a mobile device. However, their speed of delivery, heavy duty quality of products, and good customer service make their swing sets a good value. I'll shop with them again in the future.

I was nervous making a purchase like this over the internet. I called Component Playgrounds and they were helpful on the phone with the ordering. The delivery was smooth and without problems. This weekend my husband and I put it together. We are not handy people, so I was concerned whether or not assembling it was a project we could manage. We were pleasantly surprised! The directions were clear and all the pieces fit nicely together. It appears to be durable and well constructed. My children are eager to play on it!
